Meet Devon
Medical Director/Owner – Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Devon is the Medical Director and Owner of Forever Young Medical Aesthetics. She first opened the business in 2017, and has been growing it ever since spending the better part of the last decade expanding her training and becoming an expert in the field of Medical Aesthetic procedures.
Devon has been a Nurse for 20 years, and a Nurse Practitioner for 15 and has a passion for minimally invasive treatments such as Botox, Dermal Fillers, IV therapy, PDO threads, skin rejuvenation, skin care treatments, collagen induction therapy, laser treatments including skin resurfacing and IPL, and has enjoyed expanding our offerings.
Additionally, she has expanded the offerings of the clinic to include wellness and medical weight loss services. In her spare time, Devon enjoys her family, raising dogs, cats and chickens, coaching youth cheer and running club with her kids.
Meet Laurel
Licensed Medical Aesthetician + Director of Skincare
Laurel is an experienced, licensed medical esthetician and proud mom of two. Laurel is a graduate of Spa Tech Institute—where she finished at the top of her class. She prides herself on being an integral part of her clients’ healthy skincare journey and believes that continuing education is essential in the ever-evolving world of skin health. She was honored to be selected as one of just 50 estheticians nationwide for the prestigious SkinCeuticals Professional Class of 2024—chosen from over 800 candidates across the country.
Her signature approach blends education, comfort, relaxation, and results—always with the ultimate goal of helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin.
Some of Laurel’s favorite facial treatments include the Oxygen Glow Ritual, a luxurious facial with customized dermaplane and CO2 Mask. This facial resurfaces, restores and rebalances the skin through gentle exfoliation, medical grade actives, and skin renewing CO2 Therapy. Along with the Forever Young Exclusive Mermaid Facial with Microneedling. This unique treatment deep cleanses as mermaid PDRN serum is micro needled into the skin helping it battle dryness, acne, hyperpigmentation, and fine lines and stimulate collagen.
Meet Gabby
Aesthetic Nurse Gabby
Gabby graduated from Montachusett Regional Technical School in 2017 and has been an Aesthetic Nurse Injector for the last 5 years. She is skilled at her craft in the art of facial rejuvenation with Botox, facial sculpting with fillers, laser, body contouring, and much more, and has trained with some of the biggest names in medical aesthetics. As a skilled nurse working in acute care, psych and rehab nursing, her passion for medical aesthetics was sparked after personally experiencing various treatments, inspiring her to specialize in aesthetic medicine. As a dedicated nurse injector, Gabby is committed to helping clients look and feel their best by providing personalized, natural-looking results to help each client achieve their goals. She believes that enhancing one’s appearance can significantly boost confidence and overall well-being. Gabby actively pursues ongoing training and professional development, staying current with the latest techniques and industry standards.
Meet Alison, RN-BSN
Registered Nurse/ Laser Specialist
Alison has been a nurse for over 20 years and has practiced medical aesthetics since 2020. She is passionate about minimally invasive treatments, such as wrinkle relaxers using Botox. Additionally, Alison is a certified PCA professional, excelling in skincare and customizing treatments to meet her clients’ needs.
As our certified laser specialist, she is trained in IPL, hair removal, skin resurfacing, and facial contouring with pulse electromagnetic frequency. Alison loves helping clients look and feel their best, and her warmth and professionalism create a relaxing atmosphere that puts clients at ease during their treatments. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her kids’ sporting events, and traveling.
Meet Lexi
Front Desk / Intern
She’s the friendly face you’ll see at the front desk and one of our dedicated interns here at Forever Young Medical Aesthetics. Lexi is currently attending Worcester State University, pursuing her degree in Nursing. Her goal is to continue on to graduate school to become a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. With a genuine passion for healthcare and helping others, Lexi is excited to learn, grow, and be part of the Forever Young team!

Intern / Student
Sedona is a bright and talented student, who is currently attending Westfield State University for nursing. She aims to become a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, fueled by her love for science and helping others. With a passion for skincare, she is eager to learn and absorb as much knowledge as possible. You may see Sedona during your visit to Forever Young!
