Venus VIVA Skin Resurfacing

Venus VIVA: An advanced non-surgical solution to skin resurfacing. This skin resurfacing treatment combines Nano Fractional Radio Frequency and Smart scan technology that corrects signs of skin damage and improves the appearance of acne scars and other scars, stretch marks, rosacea, enlarged pores, deep wrinkles, and uneven skin texture and pigmentation. Through an array of small electrodes organized into a tip, Nano-Fractional Radio Frequency (heat energy) is transmitted into the tissue causing injury which increases the tone and texture of the skin.

"TOX" Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport, Xeomin ($11-13 a unit)
TOX

Neurotoxins are an injectable neuromodulator that works to relax the muscles for a short period of time. Most "tox" lasts about 3 to 4 months, and takes about two weeks to kick in following your injection. Botox is a brand-name, other brands are Jeuveau, Dysport and Xeomin. Your provider will decide which one is most appropriate for you based on your treatment goals. The product is dosed by unit and priced by unit and all dose needs are different. The amount you will need will be discussed at your appointment based on your anatomy and exam. Prior to your appointment, it is important that you come with a clean face, refrain from working out before or after your treatment for about six hours, and plan to avoid any strenuous activity following your treatment. As always, notify your provider if you are feeling unwell or have any fevers, cough, muscle aches or any other concerning symptoms. Clients that have a history of cold sores may require treatment prior to their injections and this will be discussed at your appointment.

Dermal Fillers

We carry a variety of dermal fillers including, Restylane, Versa, Juvederm, and Radiesse and these are priced by amount needed and area treated. While dermal fillers are casually known as “wrinkle fillers,” they can do much more than just smooth out wrinkles, although they are excellent at this too! Here are a few of the common issues dermal fillers can help address:  add volume to lips for luscious lips, smooth out lines around nose and mouth (a.k.a. marionette lines, smile lines, and parentheses) and enhance & restore volume to sunken cheeks or temples. Just before the actual treatment, the area will be cleaned, and you may be given a topical anesthetic to numb the area. Many filler products also contain lidocaine, a mild anesthetic, which is intended to help minimize discomfort during and after your treatment. Your provider will then inject a precise amount of filler strategically beneath the skin. Depending on the product and the areas treated, you should be able to notice results immediately after receiving filler injections. Some patients experience mild bruising and swelling, but these are temporary and should subside over the days following treatment. All of the risks and benefits will be discussed prior to your procedure.

Vitamin Injections

Lipo Mino 10B injections are intended to complement other aspects of a weight loss regimen, including exercise and a low-calorie diet. The injections contain vitamin B12, which is considered safe in large quantities. These injectables consist of various vitamins, nutrients, and other ingredients purportedly used to aid in weight loss. Some of the most common ingredients in these shots include: vitamin B-12 vitamin B-6 vitamin B complex Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) L-carnitine phentermine MIC (a combination of methionine, inositol, and choline) The shots may be administered in the arm or other areas containing more subcutaneous fatty tissues, such as the thigh, abdomen, or buttocks.

Platelet Rich Plasma

PRP stands for platelet rich plasma. Platelet rich plasma can be used under the eyes or on the scalp to regrow hair. It’s a cosmetic but non-surgical process that tightens the skin around your face and eyes to give you a more youthful appearance, all while reducing dark circles under the eyes and wrinkles. This process includes taking a small amount of blood from your arm into a tube and then spinning the blood down in a centrifuge, separating the red blood cells from the platelet rich plasma. The plasma is rich in platelets, stem cells, and growth factors and can be re-injected into the skin around your eyes to help improved the skin texture, laxity and improve dark circles. This process can be repeated every 4-6 weeks for 3 to 4 treatments for best results. PRP has been used and proven successful when injected into the scalp to regrow hair as well.
